Those who wish to participate in the scientific programme with an Oral or Poster Presentation are invited to submit an abstract of their work. Authors will be notified in due time whether their submission has been accepted, as well as the format, date, and time of presentation. The final presentation of accepted submissions must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in PowerPoint electronic file format by a deadline that will be communicated to the authors.

Oral presentations will have a total duration of six (6) minutes, followed by a two (2) minute discussion period.
