Certificate of Attendance
Certificates will be provided aſter the completion of attendance of 60% of the Scientific Program. Thus, a barcode system will be implemented during the Forum in order to register all delegates' attendance time. Certificates of attendance will be send to participants by email aſter the forum

Badge Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Forum. Participants will receive their badges upon check-in on arrivals day. For identification purposes and admission to the forum hall participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to Forum area will not be allowed without badge identification

Exhibition
During the Forum an exhibition of pharmaceutical, medical and research products will be organized by the sponsor companies

Covid Free Forum
- Entry to the forum venue requires the presentation of a valid vaccination certificate or a rapid test from the last 48 hours.
- All certificates will be scanned upon arrival at the European Interbalkan Medical Center.
- The use of the mask is mandatory for everyone in all spaces of the European Interbalkan Medical Center.
