Organization
The Workshop is organized by the Institute of Gynecologic Oncology & Senology in collaboration with the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical School, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Hippokration General Hospital, Thessaloniki, Greece

Workshop Language
The official language of the workshop is English

Registration
Free Registration for all participants. At the workshop venue there will be limited number of participants with physical presence inside the workshop venue and simultaneous live streaming for the other registered participants.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates will be provided after the completion of attendance of 60% of the Scientific Program. Thus, a barcode system will be implemented during the Workshop in order to register all delegates’ attendance time. Certificates of attendance will be send to participants by email after the workshop.

Badge Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Workshop. Participants will receive their badges upon check-in on arrivals day. For identification purposes and admission to session hall participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to Workshop area will not be allowed without badge identification.

Accommodation
A number of rooms have been provisionally reserved at Electra Palace Hotel for Workshop participants.

Covid Free Workshop
The workshop will be held in accordance with the new health rules for COVID-19. More specifically:

• At the workshop venue there will be specific number of participants with physical presence inside the workshop room and simultaneous live streaming for the other registered participants.
• Entry to the workshop room requires the presentation of a valid vaccination certificate or certificate of recovery from Covid-19 of the last semester and the presentation of a proof of identity. All certificates will be scanned upon arrival at the workshop room. The rest of the delegates can attend the workshop online.
• There will be controlled entrance / exit in the workshop room.
• The use of the mask is mandatory for everyone.
